(for the pasta)
Instructions
-
Heat a saucepan with water halfway
Heat frying non stick pan
Slice onions aubergines and carrot
When frying pan is hot add the onion and aubergines and add a little water ,chilli powder and mixed herbs
Add a pinch of sea salt, olive oil and add carrots
Meanwhile, pour the pasta into the pan with hot water and cook until soft.
When the ingredients in the frying pan are almost done add the lentils.
Serve.
