Amazing aubergines and lentils on pasta shells

Ingredients
  • 500 g conchiglie pasta shells
  • 400 g brown lentils (1 tin)
  • 400 g chooped tinned tomatoes (1 tin)
  • 1 pinch smoked sea salt
  • 2 carrots
  • tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch black coarse pepper
  • 2 pinch dried mixed herbs
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 4 small aubergines
  • 1 large brown onion
  • 2 pinch chilli powder (or how much you desire)
  • 500 ml water (for the pasta)
Instructions
  1. Heat a saucepan with water halfway Heat frying non stick pan Slice onions aubergines and carrot When frying pan is hot add the onion and aubergines and add a little water ,chilli powder and mixed herbs Add a pinch of sea salt, olive oil and add carrots Meanwhile, pour the pasta into the pan with hot water and cook until soft. When the ingredients in the frying pan are almost done add the lentils. Serve.
