I grew up having food allergies and have children with severe food allergies. After having my second child with multiple allergies and intolerances, which impacted on development, growth, and caused nutrient deficiencies, I decided to get creative in the kitchen.

Qualifying, has enabled me to give reliable science based knowledge to clients so they can feel assured that the service they are getting has not come from fad but from evidence based and reliable sources.

 

I’ve made many recipes by experimentation to meet the dietary needs of my children. Life experiences then prompted me to want to help others in similar situations and thought that  qualifying in a nutritional science degree was the best way forward. Furthermore, I discovered that I absolutely love nutrition and the science behind it.
